Refund and Returns Policy

We have a 14 day return policy for all UNOPENED and UNUSED products. Products must be in their original packaging. Please email chris@thehuntandfish.com for mailing instructions and return authorization. Return shipping will be at the cost of the customer unless the product is broken, defective, or inaccurate.

Unfortunately we cannot accept any returns for any reason on Maverick or Booner Blinds. Please make sure you make your selection carefully.

If a shipment is rejected or unable to be received for any reason whatsoever, other than the product being damaged, the fully shipping charge will apply. We will make every reasonable effort to ensure you are aware of when your shipment is arriving to ensure you can make proper accommodations. We do not charge a liftgate fee, but if you need a liftgate as part of your delivery we are happy to provide one (on select products) for a $75 fee. Most items are able to be removed without a liftgate. Please ensure if you manually remove any products you do so carefully. Outdoors Online LLC will not be held liable for any personal injury or property damage resulting from the delivery or unloading.

Outdoors online makes no guarantees to the accuracy or correctness of the products listed for sale on this site. This includes and is not limited to the size, color, appearance or functionality of the products. We make our best efforts to list and sell high quality products with accurate descriptions to help promote a positive buying experience. IN NO EVENT is Outdoors Online LLC LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, OR LOSSES RELATING TO THE USE OF THIS WEBSITE, LOSS OF USE OR DATA, COMPUTER VIRUS, OR PURCHASE OF ANY EQUIPMENT,YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR OUR APPS, WHETHER BASED ON NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE, AND WHETHER OR NOT Outdoors Online LLC HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY THEREOF, WHETHER ARISING OUT OF BREACH OF THIS AGREEMENT, TORT OR ANY OTHER CAUSE OF ACTION RELATING TO THE PERFORMANCE OR NON- PERFORMANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT.
