Receiving or Rejecting a Shipment
If a shipment is rejected or unable to be received for any reason whatsoever, other than the product being damaged, the fully shipping charge will apply. We will make every reasonable effort to ensure you are aware of when your shipment is arriving to ensure you can make proper accommodations. We do not charge a liftgate fee, but if you need a liftgate as part of your delivery we are happy to provide one (on select products) for a $75 fee. Most items are able to be removed without a liftgate. Please ensure if you manually remove any products you do so carefully. Outdoors Online LLC will not be held liable for any personal injury or property damage resulting from the delivery or unloading.
